Some years ago,I acquired computer skills, having been inspired by a friend. That was before I enrolled for studies in the university, just after secondary school. Fast forward to the university days…At the university, I had access to the school internet facilities. So during free lecture time, I would go to the college computer centre to browse. Then browsing was usually to check mails, apply for one or two resources, do research, etc. I never saw making money online as an opportunity to explore.
Prior
to this time though, I came in contact with a magazine known as SUCCESS DIGEST with
articles on how to make money from the internet. After reading a number of
issues, something dropped in my mind. I
believed it was possible to make money online legitimately, with peace of mind.
But I could not start off immediately because I needed proper training so I didn't
have to burn my fingers doing it the wrong way. I can be very careful
sometimes…
So
years later, I ran into a young man in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria who
introduced me to blogging as an internet marketing platform. After that I
started my first blog. This was in the year 2010. You can visit to see the blog
at www.christaliveministrie.com. To me it was fun! Next I applied for Google
adsense. My account was approved and google started populating adverts on my
blog. I was so excited...
The
following year I began another blog which has turned out to be my favourite
blog.
The good news?
I
did not have to apply for another adsense account! So the same account was
extended to this blog. But because I did not optimize the blogs, little traffic
was coming. So I made peanuts compared to what I now make from Google adsense. You can imagine was excited I was the day Google sent the first payment to my bank account!
