New discovery! Scientists have discovered how to use a formulated product consisting moringa, other plant products for effective degrading oil wastes that pollute the environment, at the Venezuelan Institute of Scientific Research (IVIC).
According to Prensa Latina, the Scientists
reached the results using plant biomass from cassava, corn, sorghum, soybean, papaya, aloe, sugarcane, banana, cotton and moringa, among others, that produce fungi and bacteria capable of speeding up degradation of toxic material and biodegradable hydrocarbons.

He said that after the trial period they found that the moringa capsules and the aloe bagasse are the greatest boosters in the degradation of hydrocarbons.
Biodegradable waste includes any organic matter in waste which can be broken down into carbon dioxide, water, methane or simple organic molecules by micro-organisms and other living things using composting, aerobic digestion, anaerobic digestion or similar processes.
This project can help to clean up polluted soils and water after designing biofilters with those agricultural-industrial material that can absorb metals, particularly from the water.
