Peptic ulcer is a bad disease condition which has made life miserable to many people. The good news is that with moringa oleifera, peptic ulcer can be arrested. In this post, I will give you tips on how to use Moringa For Peptic Ulcer condition.

But before we delve into that, let us have a basic understanding of peptic ulcer first. 
To a lay man's understanding, peptic ulcer refers to a sore on the lining of the stomach, the small intestine or the esophagus. 

Usually, a peptic ulcer in the stomach is termed gastric ulcer whereas peptic ulcer that develops in the first part of the small intestine (i.e. the duodenum) is known as duodenal ulcer.

CAUSES OF PEPTIC ULCER

The following are some of the causes of peptic ulcer: 

  • Heredity
  • Excessive smoking
  • Excessive intake of alcohol
  • Lack of rest
  • Skipping meals or irregular eating habit

COMMON SYMPTOMS OF ULCER

The following are some of the symptoms of ulcer:

  • Heartburn
  • Burning stomach pain
  • Fatty food intolerance
  • Feeling of fullness, bloating or belching
  • Nausea

Recipe:

Get the following items: 

  • Fresh moringa leaves. 
  • 1 rhizome of ginger 
  • Bottle of honey. 
  • Glass of water. 
  • Portable pot. 


This is how to prepare it:


First of all, cut the ginger into pieces and boil in the pot for 15-20mins.
Next, wash the moringa leaves and pour inside the pot after you have switched off the stove. 

HOW TO DRINK

Take a glass of the water and mix it with one spoonful of honey.

Take this mixture every morning before breakfast and at night after dinner.
